Policies

Booking, Deposit & Confirmation

  • Please refer to the ‘Book an Appointment’ highlight and schedule your preferred slot. Once your appointment is confirmed, I will send you a personalized client appointment form. Kindly complete and return it at your earliest convenience so we can finalize your booking.


  • A deposit of ₱1,000 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your service. Please note, deposits are non-refundable. You may conveniently pay via GCash or BPI bank deposit.


  • Please note that your booking is not complete until your deposit is received. Once the payment is confirmed, I will send you a confirmation message to finalize your appointment. 

Punctuality & Late Fees

  • Punctuality is key to ensuring a luxurious and smooth experience. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A waiting area is available for early arrivals, you may arrive 5-10 minutes early, but please do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.


  • Please let me know if you will be running late and send your ETA.


  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive between 15-20 minutes late, a late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be required. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth experience. A late fee of ₱400 will apply.


  • Please note that arriving late affects the timing of all other appointments, and I may need to adjust the schedule. I appreciate your punctuality so we can keep everything running smoothly for all clients.

Reschedule

  • Clients may reschedule once using the same deposit, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be within the same month as the original appointment. If no suitable slot is available within the month, the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding and respecting reserved time slots.

Cancellations & No-shows

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will require the full service payment. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours will also be charged the full amount.


  • While I do have firm policies in place, I completely understand that life happens. I trust my clients, and these exceptions are for genuine emergencies. If you are truly sick, in an accident, or facing severe weather, please reach out with timely communication, and we can discuss a suitable solution. Your well-being is important to me, and I’m happy to work with you as long as we stay in touch.

Gentle Reminder

  • Design Changes: Kindly send your design inspiration at least 24 hours before your appointment. Major design changes requested on the day of your appointment may not be accomodated due to time constraints.


  • Removal: I only provide removal services if the previous set was done by me. If you’re receiving a new set from me, and the removal is needed, I can handle it. However, If the set was done by another nail tech or salon, I do not offer removal services unless you are also booking a full new set with me.


  • Warranty: I stand by the quality of my work. If any nails lift or break within 48 hours due to the application, I will repair them free of charge. Please message within that timeframe with a photo. After 48 hours, all fixes will be subject to a minimal fee. Please note, there are no refunds once the service is completed.


  • Payment Methods: After your service, payment is due before you leave. I accept cash, GCash, or BPI bank transfer. Please ensure the full payment is settled at that time. Thank you for your prompt payment and support.


  • No companion Policy: I kindly ask that clients come alone. Extra guest/s are not permitted unless prior approval is given. This policy is for your safety and mine, as my family also lives here. I trust my clients, and these exceptions are for genuine care and well-being.


  • Kindly remove your shoes upon entering. House slippers and shoe covers are provided.


  • As a home-based studio, I kindly ask that you manage you expectations. This is private and personal space.


  • Please wear your mask during the service.


  • I only accept bookings from real accounts with a profile photo. As this is a private space, dummy or anonymous accounts cannot be accommodated.


  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects these policies.


  • By proceeding with your booking, you agree to all the terms and policies stated above.
